It was a special Navaratri celebration for team ‘Murphy’ as their trailer was launched by nine leading ladies from the Kannada film industry who have all made their mark in romantic films in Kannada.
Actresses including Priyanka Upendra, Ragini Dwivedi, Amrutha Iyengar, Meghana Gaonkar, Khushi Ravee, Dhanya Ramkumar, Sapthami Gowda and Ankita Amar came together for the very first time to show solidarity for a new film.
‘Murphy’ is a romantic drama that has elements that mix reality and fantasy and has been shot in Goa and Mangalore. The film is directed by BSP Varma (Prashanth Varma) and stars Prabhu Mundkur, Roshini Prakash and Ila V in lead roles.
The film also stars senior actor Dattanna, along with Ashwin Rao Pallakki, Mahantesh and others in prominent roles. The film has original background music by Sylvester Pradeep, while Adarsha R is the cinematographer. The songs for the film have been composed by Arjun Janya, Rajat Hegde, Keerthan Holla and Sylvester Pradeep.
‘Murphy’ is all set to hit the screens on the 18th of October across Karnataka.
