Sandalwood actor Sudeep who has completed the shooting for his latest venture ‘Max’ last month in Mahabalipuram has said that the film is likely to hit the screens in the month of August.
Sudeep was speaking to media persons during the Hero revealing teaser of ‘Ramarasa’. Sudeep said that the shooting and dubbing for the film being directed by Vijay Karthikeyaa is completed and the post-production work is under progress.
‘The film is most likely to release in the month of August’ said Sudeep, not revealing anything about the date.
When question about the current scenario of the Kannada film industry, the actor said that it is just a phase and is bound to bounce back in the coming days.
‘Due to some mistakes, there is low audience turnout at the theaters. Everyone in the industry is trying hard to make different kinds of films. All the senior technicians and actors are doing their best. The only solution is to keep on trying to do good films’ said the actor.
Sudeep said the Kannada film industry will definitely progress in the coming days. ‘When Pandemic happened, no one ever though that there will be a day without the mask in the future. But we are now leading a very normal life and we not wearing masks any more. Like that, it is just a phase and film industry will definitely progress in the future. We have enough strength in the industry to progress’ said Sudeep.
When asked about which would be his next film after ‘Max’ the actor didn’t comment. But Sudeep has already committed a film with Tamil director Cheran. The film produced by Sathya Jyothi Films is likely to be his next after ‘Max’.
