Keerthy Suresh is surely the most wanted actress in not only Telugu, but in the South Indian film industry. With ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’, ‘Bhola Shankar’ and others in hand, the ‘Mahanati’ fame actress has joined hands with Tovino Thomas for a new film called ‘Vaashi’ which was launched recently.
Keerthy Suresh shared the pictures of the launch of ‘Vaashi’ through her social media accounts saying that, ‘Ending the month with a new beginning and a new journey …’
‘Vaashi’ was announced in January this year. Mohan Lal had launched the title of the film and had wished the team a huge success. One of the highlights of the film is, ‘Vaashi’ is being produced by Keerthy’s parents.
Keerthy had earlier said that her dream has come true. ‘A project closer to my heart than you’d think. As a dream for a girl child to be in a movie produced by her father, one could argue that it would come easy but certainly nothing ever came easy. Introcing ‘Vaashi’, a movie that took almost 7 years to fall in place rather than one that was put together’ wrote the actress in social media.
‘Vaashi’ is being produced by Suresh Kumar under Revathy Kala Mandir and is being written and directed by Vishnu G Raghav. The shooting for the film has started and is expected to release mid-2022.
