Shivarajkumar supports ‘Yuva Sarkar’; teaser released

Santosh Kumar, the nephew of Parvathamma Rajkumar, had earlier directed three films including ‘Bindas Googly’ and ‘Campus Kranti’. Now Santhosh is back with his fourth film called ‘Yuva Sarkar’.

The shooting and post-production work of ‘Yuva Sarkar’ is almost complete and the team is eyeing for a June release. Meanwhile, the teaser of the film was launched digitally by Santhosh’s cousin and actor Shivarajkumar.

Recently, a romantic song of the film was released on the occasion of Valentines Day in Bangalore. Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce’s former president S A Chinne Gowda and S A Govindaraj, who are also uncles of Santhosh released the song and wished the team a huge success.

Like his previous films, Santhosh has directed another film based on today’s youth and is introducing a new hero called Veeren Keshav through this film. Jahnavi, Shruthi Deshpande and Alphia are the heroines. Dharma Keerthiraj and his father Keerthiraj also play important roles in the film.

The movie has been shot directly in Kannada, Hindi and Tamil. In Tamil, the film is titled ‘Yuvan Robin Hood’ and in Hindi, it is called ‘Yuva Sarkar’.

The film is an emotional story about a mother and son. Mother raises her son like Mahatma Gandhi. But the hero becomes a Robin Hood and helps the poor. Why does he become a Robin Hood forms the crux of the film. Actress Madhuvanti plays a lawyer in the film. While, Tamil actor Y G Mahendra is in the role of a politician here.

The shooting took place in Chennai, Chikkamagaluru and around Melukote. The first copy of the film will be ready in April and the team is planning to release it in May or June.
