Anurag Basu’s new film ‘Metro … In Dino’ is all set to hit the screens on the 07th of July across India. Meanwhile, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sara Ali Khan who play prominent roles in the film was in Bangalore recently to promote the film.

‘Metro … In Dino’ weaves four interconnected stories, each exploring themes of love, loyalty and the emotional turbulence of modern relationships. Set against a humorous yet heartfelt narrative tone, the film reflects on how people navigate the chaos of life and relationships. The film has a tagline called ‘Your own story’.

Aditya Roy Kapur says that one will find himself in the film. ‘There are different love stories in the film and with different age groups. Director Anurag is trying to say that you will identify someone in the film. You will see yourself in the film’ says the actor.

Speaking about her character, ‘I am very talkative and expressive. My Character in the film is not like that. She is socially awkward. She is confused. As an actor it is very important to be versatile. I want to try every kind of genre. That is the fun of being an actor. You get to play a character which you are not. This character is very different to who I am. It was an interesting challenge for me to do something different and keep growing’ said Sara Ali Khan.

‘Metro … In Dino’ features a ensemble cast including Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta. The film has music by Pritham and is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Anurag Basu and Taani Basu.
