In 2006, director Yogaraj Bhatt and producer E Krishnappa had joined hands for ‘Mungaru Male’ which went on to create a history in Kannada cinema. Now the popular director and producer are back with a new film called ‘Manada Kadalu’. The title of the film was revealed on Wednesday in Bangalore.
This much anticipated film which is being made under EK Entertainers stars newcomers Sumukha, Rashi Shetty and Anjali Anish along with seniors like Dattanna, Rangayana Raghu and others. 95 percent of the shoot for the film has been already completed and the team hopes to complete and release the film soon.
Speaking about the film, ‘it was E Krishnappa’s idea to do a film with newcomers. Making a film with newcomers is a herculean task. Sea creates an inferiority because of its vastness. It tells how small we are in front of it. Ocean plays a prominent character though out the film. The film tells how people who are lost in their lives, find their way’ tells Yogaraj Bhatt.
Santhosh Rai Pathaje is the cinematographer, while V Harikrishna is the music composer.
