Among the films that were announced on the occasion of Gowri-Ganesha festival, one film which grabs the attention of the viewers in ‘Tommy’ featuring Aashu. The actor will not only be making his debut as an actor, but also as a director through this film.
Though Aashu is making his debut as a director and actor through this film, he is not new to Sandalwood. He has been in the Kannada film industry for quite some time and has worked as an assistant director in films featuring Sudeep including ‘Mukunda Murari’, ‘Ambi Ninge Vayassaitho’, ‘Kotigobba 3’ and others.
‘Tommy’ is a familiar name for all the dog lovers, as most of the names are named as Tommy. The new stills from the film features Aashu along with a pet and depicts that he is a dogophile in the film. The other poster has an RX bike hinting that the protagonist is also a bike lover.
‘Tommy’ is being produced by Sachin Shyam Sundar under Elipaws India Entertainment banner. The music for ‘Tommy’ is being composed by Praddyottan and Kartik is the cinematographer.
The shooting for ‘Tommy’ is all set to start in November.
