The eagerly awaited wax figure of Indian cinema’s popular icon, Allu Arjun, was unveiled in a star-studded event at Madame Tussauds Dubai.
The National Award winner, known affectionately as the ‘Icon Star’ of Telugu cinema’ now stands immortalized in wax. Allu Arjun’s figure finds its place in a dedicated area themed around his famous song ‘Butta Bomma’, featuring an interactive dance experience where guests can learn his iconic moves.
Adorned in an iconic red jacket in the boardroom dance scene from the blockbuster movie ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’, figure embodies the essence of Allu Arjun’s personality. Allu Arjun is the first actor from South India to have his statue at Madame Tussaud’s in Dubai.
Speaking on the occasion, ‘I visited Madame Tussauds in Los Angeles and was blown away by the experience. I can’t believe that now I’ll have a wax figure. I never would have believed it. Seeing this figure, I feel immensely grateful and humbled. It’s realistic, almost like looking in a mirror,’ said the actor.
The creation of Allu Arjun’s wax figure involved meticulous attention to detail, with over 200 measurements taken during earlier this year.
