‘Duniya’ Vijay is busy promoting his latest directorial ‘Bheema’. In Spite of the film ready for release, Vijay had not completed the shooting and a small portion was still pending. Vijay recently concluded the shooting of the film with that part.
A major part of ‘Bheema’ has been shot in the slums of the Bangalore. The pending shots were shot in midnight at the Vinobha Nagar. Vijay picturized the shots of the Police arresting the hero and parading him amidst the public. Though the shooting was held in the midnight, many people from the local areas were present to watch the shooting.
‘Bheema’ is ‘Duniya’ Vijay’s second film as a director and was launched in April last year. After one and a half years the film is finally complete and Vijay intends to release the film in the first quarter of 2024. The film is based on some real incidents and Vijay has shot the film realistically.
Like his previous film, Vijay is introducing a lot of newcomers in this film. A new villain called Black Dragon Manju, along with heroine Ashwini are introduced through this film. Raghu Shimoga, Kalyani Raju and others play prominent roles in the film. Vijay apart from directing the film is also seen in the title role of ‘Bheema’.
‘Bheema’ is being produced by Krishna Sarthak of ‘Bhairagee’ fame and distributor Jagadeesh Gowda. Charan Raj is the music composer, while Shivasena is the cinematographer. Maasthi Manju is in charge of the dialogues.
