Rangayana Raghu is one actor who boasts of playing wide range characters in Kannada films. Now the actor has played a lead role in a new film called ‘Shakhahari’.
The title poster of the film was released by director-lyricist Yogaraj Bhatt recently. Now the first look poster of the film has been released through social media.
‘Shakhahari’ is written and directed by debutant Sandeep Sunkad. Sandeep had earlier worked as an associate director and writer for a few films and this is his first project as a director.
The film is set in the hilly regions of Theertahalli. The film revolves around some mysterious incidents in the village. Rangayana Raghu plays the role of a hotel cook in this film. While, Gopalakrishna Deshapande plays the role of a police inspector, Sujay Shastry is seen in a prominent role in the film. The film stars a lot of newcomers including Prathima Nayak, Vinay U G, Sriharsha Gobhatta, Nidhi Hegde and others.
‘Shakhahari’ is being produced by Rajesh Kilambi and Ranjini Prasanna under Kilambi Media Lab. Mayur Ambekallu is the music composer, while Vishwajith Rao is the cinematographer.
The shooting for the film is completed and the team is busy with the post-production work.
