The 10th season of ‘Bigg Boss Kannada’ has finally been kickstarted on the 08th of October evening in Colors Kannada. Sandalwood actor Sudeep who is hosting the show has welcomed the contestants. The regular show will be aired in Colors Kannada from the 09th of October at 9.30 PM for the next 100 days. The show will also stream live for 24 hours exclusively on JioCinema.
Earlier, there were many speculations about who would be contesting in this popular reality show. Many names from cinema, television, social media and other fields popped up. On Sunday, a total of 19 contestants came to the show, where in two were rejected by the audience. Of the 17, 11 got a clean chit, while six contestants were put on hold.
The six contestants have been sent to the ‘Bigg Boss’ house for the next one week, where they will be tested. Who among the six will stay there or will return? Has to be seen on the coming day, when one or two contestants will be eliminated.

Namrata Gowda – Popular television actress of ‘Putta Gowri Maduve’ fame
Snehith Gowda – Known for his work in ‘Chiravada Nenanpu’, ‘Nammane Yuvarani’ and other television serials
Sangeetha Sringeri – ‘777 Charlie’ and ‘Lucky Man’ fame actress
Rakshak Bullet – Son of renowned comedian Bullet Prakash. A popular social media influencer
Sirija – Well known for her roles in the Kannada film industry over the past two decades
Drone Pratap – Is an Indian scientist, engineer and entrepreneur who built more than 600 drones from electrical waste
Varthur Santhosh – is popular for cattle rearing of the Hallikar breed. Also known as The Wodeyar of Hallikar
Vinay Gowda – Popular for his lead roles in daily soaps like ‘Nandini’, ‘Bayasade Bali Bande’, ‘Marali Manasaagide’ and others
Eshani – A popular Kannada singer who hails from Mysore and has 17 English albums and 3 Kannada albums to her credit.
Tukali Santhosh – A popular comedian who is known for his comedy shows
Neethu Vanjaakshi – Winner of Miss Trans Queen India in 2019. She is also a popular tattoo artist and participated in the reality show titled as ‘Super Queen’
Snake Shyam – A wildlife conservationist, politician and a lecturer from Mysore
Gaurish Akki – A renowned news reader and an actor cum director
