Upendra has finally answered the long pending question of his fans. Though Upendra’s directorial ‘UI’ was launched last year, the actor-director till now has not revealed anything about the film. Now Upendra will be finally revealing what ‘UI’ is about in a new teaser to be released on his birthday.
Upendra will be celebrating his birthday on the 18th of September and the teaser of his forthcoming will be released at Urvashi Theater in Bangalore at 3 PM amidst his fans. Upendra himself has disclosed in a new video released in the social media today afternoon.
The shooting for the film started on June 27th last year and Upendra has shot for more than 150 days in Bangalore and other places. The shooting concluded a few months ago and Upendra is busy with the post-production of the film. Meanwhile, the teaser will be announced on his birthday and the release date of the film will be officially announced soon. The film is expected to hit the screens by the end of this year or early next year.
‘UI’ stars Upendra, Reeshma Naniah, Ravishankar, Nidhi Subbaiah and others in prominent roles. Ajaneesh Lokanath is in charge of the music and background score. ‘Crazy Minds’ Sri is the cinematographer.
‘UI’ is a pan Indian film jointly produced by Naveen Manoharan of Lahari Films and K P Srikanth under Venus Entertainers.
