‘Melody Drama’ is the story of unexpressed emotions; songs released

A lot of films about emotions have been released in Sandalwood till date. ‘Melody Drama’ directed by debutante director Manju Karthik is one film which talks about unexpressed emotions.

‘Melody Drama’ stars Satya and Supritha Sathyanarayan in lead roles. The film is produced by M Nanjunda Reddy under Prime Star Studios.

The songs of the film are composed by Kiran Ravindranath were released recently. The film has 7 songs and is sung by Sonu Nigam, Kailash Kher, Palak Mucchal and others.

Speaking about the film, ‘everybody has a story inside them. But many do not express it. We have tried to convey that through this film. This is a story of unexpressed emotions. The audience can relate the film with their personal lives’ says Manju Karthik who has earlier worked as an associate to Omprakash Rao, P N Satya and others.

Satya who made his debut as a hero in ‘Dwipatra’ is the hero of the film. He plays the role of Karthik in the film. ‘Karthik is an orphan and what happens when a girl enters his life forms the crux of the film’ says Satya.

Supritha says she is very happy about doing the film. ‘I play the character of Hitha a bank employee in the film. The film revolves around relationships and misunderstandings. This story relates to everybody and is a family film’ says Supritha.

‘Melody Drama’ stars Rangayana Raghu, Anu Prabhakar, Rajesh Nataranga, Bala Rajawadi, Lakshmi Siddaiah and others in prominent roles. The film has been already certified with a ‘U’ certificate and will be releasing in the month of June.
