Internationally acclaimed actor Kabir Bedi had earlier said that he will be dubbing for his role in Kannada film ‘Koragajja’. Likewise, the actor has fulfilled his promise by dubbing for his portions in the film.
Kabir Bedi is best known in Italy for playing the pirate ‘Sandokan’ in the popular Italian TV series and for the villainous role of Gobinda in James Bond film ‘Octopussy’. The actor made his debut in Kannada with Niranjan Sudhindra’s new film ‘Hunter’ last year.
Now the actor has also played a prominent role in Sudhir Attavar’s new film ‘Koragajja’. Kabir Bedi completed shooting his portions for the film a few months back and now has also given his voice for his role.

Director Sudhir Attavar says he thought it would be difficult for Kabir Bedi to dub for his role because the actor till now has acted in many Bollywood, Hollywood and European films and this is his first stint in Kannada. It would be difficult for him to dub in Kannada understanding the nuances and emotions. But Kabir Bedi took it as a challenge and has dubbed his voice for the film. The dubbing is currently in progress in a studio in Mumbai and will be concluding soon.
Meanwhile, the editing of the film is also in progress and acclaimed editor Suresh Aras along with Vidyadhar Shetty is working as editors for this film.
‘Koragajja’ is being produced by Trivikrama Saphalya. The film stars Kabir Bedi, Shruthi, Bhavya and others in prominent roles.
