There was news for quite some time that Shivarajkumar and Nandamuri Balakrishna might do a film together. Now Shivarajkumar himself has confirmed that the duo will be doing a film soon.
Shivarajkumar was recently one of the several guests of honours at the NTR Centernary Celebrations held in Hyderabad. The event was attended by many bigwigs of film industry including Jayapradha, Shivarajkumar, Jayasudha, Venkatesh and others. Nandamuri Balakrishna was the host of the event.

Speaking during the occasion, ‘I am very happy to be a part of the celebrations. I have been seeing NTR since my childhood. Every time I passed his house in Chennai, there used to be a huge crowd in front of his house. Sometimes he used to come to our house to meet my father. My father (Dr Rajkumar) was like his younger brother. There were very few stars including NTR, ANR, Rajkumar, Sivaji Ganesan, MGR and Prem Nazir. They were all legendary actors in South India. After that another era started’ recalled Shivarajkumar.
The Sandalwood actor recalled his association with NTR’s son Nandamuri Balakrishna. ‘Like NTR and Dr Rajkumar, Balayya and me are also like brothers. It was unstoppable for NTR and Balayya has also become unstoppable. He is going on and on and his energy is growing. As his age is increasing, he is becoming younger and younger’ said Shivarajkumar.
Shivanna who was a part of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film ‘Gauthamiputra Satakarni’ said he will be joining hands with the actor once again. ‘I am proud to be a part of his 100th film. After that, we are going to do a film together soon. It’s a big honour for me’ said Shivarajkumar.
Just after the official announcement, the fans of both the actors are thrilled about their favourite stars coming together once again. More details about the film are yet awaited.
