In a first of its kind in Kannada cinema, the team of ‘Daredevil Musthafa’ has decided to erect the cutouts of well known writer Poornachandra Tejaswi in front of theaters.
Tejaswi is a popular figure in the field of literature and has a huge fan following in Karnataka. ‘Daredevil Musthafa’ is a short story from his popular book ‘Abachurina Post Office’. The film is based on the story and to mark a respect to the great author, the team has decided to erect his cutouts.

The cutouts of the actor will be erected in Gayathri Theater in Mysore, Veeresh in Bangalore and Mallikarjuna in Shivamogga.
Apart from this, the team has held 1 Re paid premiere of the in PVR Orion Mall in Bangalore, DRC Cinemas in Mysore and Bharath Cinemas in Shivamogga on Thursday. Already the tickets of paid premiere show have been sold out.
Shishir Balkady is seen in the titular role of Musthafa in the film. Aditya A Shree, Abhay, Supreeth Bharadwaj, Aashith, Srivatsa, M S Umesh, Mandya Ramesh, Sundar Veena, Nagabhushana, Harini, Poornachandra Mysore and others play prominent roles in the film.
‘Daredevil Musthafa’ is a crowd funded film produced by fans of the Late K P Poornachandra Tejaswi. The film is being directed by debutante Shashank Soghal.
