Rajanikanth acting in his daughter Aishwarya’s new film ‘Lal Salaam’ is not new. Now the first look poster and the character of Rajanikanth has been released on Monday.
‘Lal Salaam’ was launched in the first week of December. There was news that Rajanikanth will be seen in a cameo appearance in the film. However, the team had kept the character of Rajanikanth under wraps. The character has been finally revealed in social media.
Lyca Productions which is producing the film has released the first look poster of the film. ‘Everyone’s favourite Bhai is back in Mumbai. Make way for Thaliavar. Rajanikanth as Moideen Bhai in Lal Salaam’ read the tweet.

Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant Santhosh are playing prominent roles in the film. Though not much details about the film has been revealed, the poster which was released indicates subtly says that this is a film about riots. Cricket is also likely to play an important role in this film.
‘Lal Salaam’ is produced by Subhaskaran under Lyca Productions and A R Rahman is the music composer. The shooting is nearing completion and the release date of the film is expected to be announced soon.
Meanwhile, Rajanikanth’s other film ‘Jailer’ directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar is all set to release on the 10th of August.
