Comedian turned hero Komal is back with bang. The actor who was in a hiatus for the last three and a half years is back with a new film called ‘Undenama’ which is all set to release on April 14th.
Komal was one of the most sought after heroes in the last decade. However, the actor slowed down due to various reasons and he also went for an image change with ‘Kempegowda 2’. The film which was released in 2019 was an out and out action thriller was an average at the box-office.
After the Corona first lockdown, Komal made a comeback with a comedy called ’20:20’. Now the film has been renamed as ‘Undenama’ and is all set to release on the 14th of April. Recently, the new title of the film was officially announced in a video by Jaggesh, Prem, Ragini, Srujan Lokesh, Tara, Sadhu Kokila, Rangayana Raghu and others.

‘Undenama’ marks the directorial debut of dialogue writer K L Rajashekhar and is billed as an out and out comedy with lockdown being its backdrop. Rajashekhar apart from directing the film has also penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film. ‘Undenama’ is being produced by C Nanda Kishore.
The film stars Komal, Dhanya Balakrishna, Harish Raj, Apoova, Vaishnavi, Tanisha Kuppanda and Bank Jandardhan in prominent roles. Sridhar Sambharam is the music composer, while Naveen Kumar is the cinematographer.
