The Celebrity Cricket League is back after a small hiatus. The new season which starts from the 18th of February boasts of a new format never played anywhere in the world.
The new season of the Celebrity Cricket League promises to be more entertaining, full of glitz, and a powerhouse of cricketing fun. In the new season a T20 match will be played in 2 innings of 10 over each. The new format will not only offer more cricket, but also more entertainment and more fun.
This time 8 teams including Telugu Warriors, Karnataka Bulldozers, Chennai Rhinos, Kerala Strikers, Bengal Tigers, Bhojpuri Dabanggs, Mumbai Heroes and Punjab De Sher will be representing the respective Film Industries.
The Karnataka Bulldozers is led by actor-director Kiccha Sudeep, While Ritesh Deshmukh, Sonu Sood, Manoj Tiwari, Jisshu Sengupta, Akhil Akkineni, Kunchacko Boban, Aarya will be leading Mumbai Heroes, Punjab De Sher, Bhojpuri Dabanggs, Bengal Tigers, Telugu Warriors, Kerala Strikers and Chennai Rhinos respectively.
The matches will be telecasted live and exclusively across the Zee TV network on 6 different channels.
