Sai Dharam Tej’s new mystic thriller which was earlier called as ‘SDT 15’ has been titled as ‘Virupaksha’ and the first glimpse of the film has been released on Wednesday.
‘Virupaksha’ is a PAN Indian film and the first glimpse of the film was released in five languages including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam. Jr NTR has lent his voice to the Telugu version.
‘Virupaksha’ is being produced by BVSN Prasad under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra LLP in collaboration with Sukumar Writings. The film is being presented by Bapineedu.
The film is being written and directed by Karthik Dandu. The film is set in 1990s in a village where in the protagonist faces some bizarre events that occur there in the name of superstitions.
Sai Dharam Tej who has recovered from an accident in Hyderabad last year is seen in a different avatar in this film. This is his 15th film as an actor. ‘Virupaksha’ has music by Ajaneesh Lokanath of ‘Kantara’ fame, while Shyam Dutt is the cinematographer.
