The pre-release event of Zaid Khan’s debut film ‘Banaras’ has been organized on the 22nd of October in Hubli and ‘Challenging Star’ Darshan will be the chief guest of the event.
‘Banaras’ is being written and directed by Jayatheertha and Tilakraj Ballal has produced the film. The film will be releasing on the 04th of November and a pre-release event of the film has been organized at the Railway Sports Grounds in Hubli on Saturday at 7.30 PM.
Apart from Darshan, many other celebrities including Vinod Prabhakar, Chikkanna, Abhishek Ambarish, Yashas Surya and others will be attending the event.
‘Banaras’ is a PAN Indian film and is being released in five languages. Already Zaid Khan and Sonal Monteiro have been travelling to other states to promote the film. The lead pair has travelled to Mumbai, Tirupathi, Varanasi and other places and have been promoting the film.
The Karnataka distribution rights of the film have been acquired by DBeats, while the Kerala distribution rights have been bought by Mulakuppadam Films. Panorama Studios have got the distribution rights for North India.
‘Banaras’ stars Sujay Shastry, Devaraj, Achyuth Kumar and others in prominent roles. Ajaneesh Lokanath is the music director, while Advaitha Gurumurthy is the cinematographer.
