Sandalwood actor Dhanveerah Gowda’s new film ‘Kaiva – 1983’ was launched on Ugadi festival. The first look poster of the film will be released on Dhanveerah’s birthday on September 08th.
Before that, a Guess Look poster of ‘Kaiva – 1983’ was released on Wednesday on the occasion of Ganesha Festival. The poster showcases a huge cutout of Dr Rajkumar from ‘Bhaktha Prahlada’ in front of Kapali Theater in Bangalore.
The title as well as the tag line of the film has raised a lot of questions among the viewers. What is Kaiva? Is it a period film set in 1983? Are some of the questions among the viewers? All the questions will be answered on the 08th of September.
‘Kaiva’ is a film said to be based on some real incidents which had occurred in Bangalore. The film is written and directed by well known director Jayatheertha and produced by Raveendra Kumar under Abhuvanasa Creations
While, Dhanveerah is seen in the role of ‘Kaiva’ in the film, popular television actress Megha Shetty has been roped in as the female lead. Ajaneesh Lokanath is the music composer. More details about the cast and crew are yet awaited.
