Ganesh’s new film ‘Baanadariyalli’ to be directed by Preetham Gubbi is all set to start soon. Meanwhile, Rukmini Vasanth has been selected as the female lead in the film.
Rukmini Vasanth made her debut through RJ Srini’s ‘Birbal’ which was released a few years back. She went on to act opposite Rakshit Shetty in ‘Sapta Saagaradache Ello’. Half of the film is completed and Rukmini is looking forward to complete the film soon. Meanwhile, she has been roped into play Ganesh’s heroine in ‘Baanadariyalli’.
The actress took to Instagram and shared the news of being selected as the heroine of the film. ‘Beyond overjoyed to share that I will be joining the incredible team of ‘Baanadariyalli’ as Leela. I feel so blessed and privileged to be a part of this wonderful story with this iconic team’ said Rukmini.
‘Baandariyalli’ is an adventure film and this is the first time that the actor is trying his hand in this genre. The story of the film is written by cinematographer Preetha Jayaraman and Preetham has written the screenplay. The shooting will span in places like Bangalore, Mangalore, Varanasi, South Africa and other places.
V Harikrishna is in charge of the music, while Abhilash Kalathi is the cinematographer.
