Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt got married in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai amidst their closest family members and friends. The marriage was held at Ranbir Kapoor’s residence Vaastu.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were dating each other for some time and there were speculations that they might get married. However, due to the sad demise of Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor and the pandemic, the marriage got postponed.
Now on April 14, Ranbir and Alia entered into wedlock in Mumbai and ended all the speculations. Apart from closest family members, Bollywood star director Karan Johar, Ayan Mukherjee and others were present at the occasion.
On Thursday night, Alia took to Instagram to announce her marriage with Ranbir Kapoor. ‘Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot – the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship – we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites.
