The teaser of ‘Dynamic Prince’ Prajwal Devaraj’s ‘Mafia’ was released on Wednesday. The film is all set to release simultaneously in Kannada, Telugu and Tamil and the first glimpse was also released in three languages.
The Kannada teaser of ‘Mafia’ was released by Dhruva Sarja, Satish Neenasam and Rishab Shetty. While the Telugu version was released by actors Sudheer Babu and Rajashekhar, the Tamil version was released by senior actors Satyaraj, Parthiban and director Venkat Prabhu.
As the title itself suggests, the film is about a Mafia which has not been highlighted so far in the films. Prajwal Devaraj plays the role of a rough and tough Inspector who fights against this Mafia. The teaser showcases Prajwal in a fiery look and the teaser which was released in the Anand Audio channel of YouTube has garnered good response.
‘Mafia’ was launched in the month of December in Bangalore and shooting of the film is under progress. Almost half of the film is complete and the team intends to complete the film by March. Prajwal Devaraj’s father Devaraj who is known for his cop roles, plays a prominent role in the film. He is seen in the role of a Police commissioner in this film.
Apart from Prajwal and Devaraj, Aditi Prabhudeva, Sadhu Kokila, ‘Orata’ Prashanth and others play prominent roles in the film.
‘Mafia’ is written and directed by Lohith, who had earlier directed ‘Mummy – Save Me’ and ‘Devaki’. The film is produced by Kumar B under Bangalore Kumar Films. Tarun is the cinematographer, while Anoop Seelin has composed the music. Masti Manju is in charge of the dialogues.
