Sandalwood actor Nikhil Kumar celebrated his birthday on Saturday the first look poster of his new film produced by KVN Productions has been released. The film was said to have been titled as ‘Yaduveera’. Now the team has officially confirmed the title.
The new poster features Nikhil in a mass look. Nikhil is seen holding a cigarette in one hand and a cup of tea in other hand.
Earlier, there were speculations whether the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce will give permission to the title as it is derived from the name of Mysore Maharaja Yaduveera Wadiyar. There are a few instances in Sandalwood, when the KFCC had rejected the titles of some films as they were derived from the names of famous personalities. But the KFCC has finally given its nod and the film has been officially titled as ‘Yaduveera’.
‘Yaduveera’ is being directed by debutante Manju Atharva, who had earlier worked as an associate director for films like Yash’s ‘Masterpiece’ and Shivarajkumar’s ‘Mufti’.
The film is said to be an action packed commercial entertainer. Nikhil has been doing family entertainers for a while and is planning to act in a film with mass elements in it. Manju Atharva is said to have written such a story, which may change Nikhil’s image from a family hero to mass hero.
As of now, only the technicians list has been announced with Ajaneesh Lokanath being the music composer and ‘Mufti’ Naveen as the cinematographer. More details about the cast and crew are yet to be announced soon.
‘Yaduveera’ is jointly produced by Nisha Venkat Konanki and Supreeth under KVN Productions. This is their third film after Ganesh starrer ‘Sakath’ and Dhanveerah starrer ‘By 2 Love’.
