Just when big budget Pan Indian films like ‘RRR’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’ have been postponed due to the Covid third wave, there is no change in the release of Yash starrer ‘KGF 2’. The makers have asserted that there will be no change in the release date and the film will be releasing on 14th of April as announced.
Yash celebrated his birthday on Saturday. Meanwhile, the team of ‘KGF 2’ has released a new poster wishing the birthday boy. The new poster unveiled has the same date which was announced (14th April 2022) earlier, which means that there is no change in the release date as of now and the film will be released on the said date.
Yash had earlier said that he won’t be celebrating his birthday this year because of the rise in Covid cases. He had requested his fans to wish and bless him from wherever they are. Likewise, he celebrated his birthday in a simple manner with his family and friends.
Yash had also that the trailer of the film will not be released on his birthday. ‘The trailer of the film is also not releasing, as there is still three months left for the film’s release and it would be too earlier to release the trailer now. We are planning to slowly release the songs and the trailer in the coming months and not now’ said Yash.
‘KGF 2’ stars Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and others in prominent roles and is written and directed by Prashanth Neel. The film is produced by Vijaykumar Kiragandur of Hombale Films.
