Ganesh who is looking forward for the release of his latest film ‘Sakath’ has said that the film has nothing to do with Bollywood hit ‘Andhadhun’ and both films are different.
‘Sakath’ is all set to release on the 26th of November and Ganesh was recently speaking during the pre-release event of the film held at the Conrad Hotel in Bangalore. The film is a comedy entertainer with Ganesh playing the role of a blind for the first time in his career. The film is said to be in the lines of ‘Andhadhun’.
‘I and director Suni was surprised when we heard about ‘Andhadhun’. When we saw that film, we found out that our film has nothing to do with the Bollywood film. Both are separate and different. ‘Sakath’ is an entertainer with a reality show as its backdrop. The second half of the film has a thrilling court room drama’ says Ganesh.

‘Sakath’ is written and directed by Simple Suni and this is his second collaboration with Ganesh after ‘Chamak’. The film stars Ganesh, Nishvika Naidu, Surabhi, Sadhu Kokila, Kuri Prathap, Rangayana Raghu and others in prominent roles.
The film is bankrolled by Nisha Kona Venkat under KVN Productions. Santhosh Rai Pathaje is the cameraman, while Judah Sandy is the music composer.
It’s been nearly two years since a film of ‘Golden Star’ Ganesh released. The year 2019 saw three of his films including ‘99’, ‘Gimmick’ and ‘Geetha’. Now Ganesh is back with ‘Sakath’ and it has to be seen about how the audience will rate the film?
