Sathish Neenasam starrer ‘Dear Vikram’ is all set to release on the 30th of June in Voot Select. Just after a fortnight gap, his other film ‘Petromax’ will be directly releasing in theaters.
‘Petromax’ is all set to release in theaters on the 15th of July. Sathish himself has officially announced that the film will be hitting the screens in a gap of 15 days after ‘Dear Vikram’.
‘Petromax’ was launched in Mysore after the first lockdown and the shooting for the film got completed last year itself. However, the film was delayed as director Vijay Prasad’s other film ‘Thotapuri’ was completed first and scheduled for release. So, the release of ‘Petromax’ was delayed. With no news of ‘Thotapuri, the makers of ‘Petromax’ have decided to go ahead and release their film.
‘Petromax’ is the story of four orphans and how they find love in an elderly woman. The film stars Sathish Neenasam, Haripriya, Arun, Nagabhushan, Vijayalakshmi Singh, Karunya Ram and others in prominent roles. The film is jointly produced by Sathish Picture House, Petromax Pictures and Studio 10.
Vijayaprasad apart from directing the film has also penned the story, screenplay and dialogues. Niranjan Babu is the cinematographer, while Anoop Seelin is the music composer.
